| Those servos are commanded by the main A/C computer which is located in the driver's side foot area. The main computer is controlled by the A/C buttons (or knobs) next to the steering wheel. There is most likely a disconnect between the servos and the control buttons OR the servo's motor died or seized. If you hear noise when trying to change the vents then the servo linkages possibly got disconnected or the gears inside the servo had some teeth snapped off. The last possibility is that the main computer isn't receiving a correct signal or is malfunctioning.
